You are required to visit Gapeka Children's Hope Centre Offices in Seahorse, Kilifi, to submit your application. An Officer incharge will look into your case and probably schedule a visit to the beneficiary's house. Once the story of the kid is compiled, you will be notified through a phone call if they have been selected.

Once a student is selected, they are handed over to the school administration for academic evaluation and placement.
